All standard orders will be dispatched within 2 business days after the purchase is complete.
Monogramed orders will be dispatched within 7 business days.
We physically inspect all swimwear and pack them carefully so that they are delivered in perfect condition.
Shipping within Australia:
Standard with tracking - $8.95 FLAT RATE (2-5 Working Days)
Express with tracking - $11.95 FLAT RATE (1-2 Working Days)
Delivery times are an estimate only due third-party courier services, and SWIMA Collection will not be responsible for any delays in delivery.
Shipping outside of Australia
Standard with tracking - $30 (6-8 business days from dispatch)

Returns
In an unlikely event the swimwear arrives damaged, please notify
us within 48 hours. Notification after this period will not be accepted.
SWIMA Collection reserve the right to reject a return if we believe it is not
in its original condition.
Any returns are at the customers expense as we can not be held responsible for any damage incurred during transit due to a third-party.

We advise that you choose your item/s carefully as there is no refund
or exchange on change of mind. Unfortunately we do not accept refunds

We do how ever accept exchanges for sizes only if the product is in its pristine condition with all tags attached, and returned in its original packaging.
